Group therapy design to resolve individual circumstances and to target general issues with complete personal confidentiality within the session. A FREE 30 minutes telephone consultation is included. The most frequent sessions chosen by the public are based on resolving mood changes, insecurities, eating management etc.

ANYONE TAKING PART ON AN ONLINE SESSION MUST BE NEUROTYPICAL.
ANY PARTICIPANTS MUST BE UNDER LOCK DOWN LAWFUL REQUIREMENTS IF APPLICABLE.
The general group session will be adjusted to accommodate different age groups.
With family groups with big age gaps in between, I suggest for them to be accompanied by parents and children no younger than 6.
A relaxed, comfortable environment is necessary.
Please plan a time without interruptions.
Wear comfortable clothing.
Create adequate room temperature.
Session may be extended without extra cost. Please allow 30 minutes extra time if necessary.
